This notice explains how Amogh Prayas Private Limited ("Amogh Prayas", "we", "us"), a company registered in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or engage with our programs. We act as the Data Fiduciary for the data described below.

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or register interest, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, mobile number, the category you identify with (learner, ex-serviceman, industry partner, or college), and the content of your message. If you enrol in a course, we collect the additional information needed to deliver and certify that training.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it.
• To assess your suitability for, enrol you in, and deliver our programs.
• To issue and maintain your record of training and evidence of competence.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

3. Your consent

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, or for the legitimate uses permitted under the Act. Your consent is limited to the purposes stated above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the address below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide a service that depends on that data.

4. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and
• raise a grievance with us, and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to deliver our services, for example with a training or assessment partner, an employer you have consented to be introduced to, or a government apprenticeship portal where you choose to enrol, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and security

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is erased. We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

7. Grievance and contact

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Act.
